1) Free In-home consultation & Evaluation
After our initial consultation, we customize our home inspection checklist specifically for you and your home to ensure thoroughness in every detail.
2) weekly or bi-weekly inspections BEGIN
Depending on your selected package tier, we begin our scheduled comprehensive exterior and interior inspections of your home. Should any issues arise, we promptly notify you and provide photographs of the problem along with recommendations from our trusted vendors.
3) You and your family enjoy the Bluestar experience
Rest assured knowing that your vacation home will be prepared for your arrival. After each inspection, you’ll automatically receive a detailed report. Additionally, through our concierge and à la carte services, we can help coordinate any necessary repairs to ensure everything is in order when you arrive.
